PROJECT LOCATION

The proposed development is within the Municipality of Cainta, a first-class urban municipality in the province of Rizal, Philippines. Today, Cainta has a vigorous economy as evidenced by several commercial and industrial establishments that have sprouted. In fact, with the continuous expansion of Metro Manila, Cainta is now part of Manila’s metropolis. The project site is located along Caralangan, Barangay San Andres, Cainta, Rizal.

PROJECT RATIONALE

The Domus One is a mid-rise condominium that demonstrates a level of simplicity and is the ideal home conceptualized for the average Filipino family who can finally enjoy an affordable, comfortable and cost-efficient way of life. It is a complex of five buildings, each consisting of five storeys, that is conveniently situated in the historically rich city of Cainta and is the first among numerous housing projects in the Municipality.
